Refund policy

At Faith In Motion, we want you to love your gear. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

We offer refunds for:

• Items that were sent incorrectly
• Damaged or defective products

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

To request a refund, please contact us at faithinmotionstore@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

All products are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we cannot 
accept returns for incorrect size selection or change of mind. Please check our 
size guide before ordering.

For best long-term results, please refer to the washing and care instructions provided on the product page.

CANCELLATIONS
Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, cancellation requests can  only be accommodated within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we may be unable to cancel your order.

REFUND METHOD
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once your refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
